Course Overview
The NetWorx Series Basic Networking Certification Bundle consists of four courses that will help prepare the participant for two industry certification examinations. The courses include Introduction to Networking (WB16.1), Introduction to Local Area Networks (WB26.1), Introduction to Wide Area Networks (WB36.0), and Introduction to TCP/IP (WB46.0). The first examination is from the National Association of Communication System Engineers (NACSE). At the conclusion of the Basic Networking program, the student should feel confident and prepared to take the NACSE Associate Network Specialist certification exam. The second examination is offered by the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA). Students may also elect to take the CompTIA Network+ examination. Who Should Attend
This program is intended for industry professionals who would like a solid foundation in computer networking and, optionally, would like to take the CompTIA Network+ or NACSE NANS examinations. |

Prerequisites
Basic computer skills are required for this program. This includes an understanding of PC and/or MAC operating systems and the ability to use applications for word processing, Internet browsing and email software. |
