No returns are accepted on electronic product downloads or CDs.
Unopened Print Products (must be in original shrink-wrap):
• Up to 30 days after order date: May be returned for a full refund.
• 31 days – 120 days after order date: May be accepted for store credit only. A 20% restocking / processing fee applies to these returned products.
• 121 days+ past order date: Will not be accepted for return.
Store Credits: Store Credits will be applied to past due balances first, then to future purchases.
Credits must be used within six (6) months or will expire.
Shipping charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund or credit original or return shipping charges.
