1. Order course(s) here. To complete your order, make sure all of your credit card and shipping information is accurate.
2. If course materials are back-ordered, you'll receive an automated email with the anticipated ship date.
3. You'll receive course materials via UPS Ground (U.S. orders) or Standard International (Non-U.S. orders).
4. Log-In to the ISPWorld Partner Certification Program site and use the Activate Online Course Licenses link on the Student Services page. Register for your online courses with the license numbers provided to you via email.
5. Begin courses.
6. Upon completion, and once you feel prepared for the course examination, use the Course Final Exam link on the Student Services page to take the final exam.
7. You will know immediately after completing the exam if you've passed or failed. The exam questions are randomized, and so no two exams are alike. You may take as many exams as you'd like. Each exam score is automatically archived.
8. Once you pass the exam, use the Course Completion / Request Certificate link to order your free Certificate of Completion.
